These terms set out the conditions for using the Vellicell Clinic website and its online booking service.
Article 1 — Purpose
- These terms define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the clinic and the user in relation to information and booking-enquiry services provided through this website.
Article 2 — Scope of service
- This website exists to publish treatment, price and facility information and to receive booking enquiries. It does not provide online diagnosis or prescriptions.
- Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when the clinic contacts you during opening hours.
Article 3 — Disclaimer
- Treatment information published here is general guidance. Whether a treatment suits you, and what it will achieve, can only be established at an in-person consultation.
Article 4 — Changing or cancelling a booking
- You can change or cancel in the same messenger thread you enquired through. If you can no longer come, telling us as early as you can lets us offer the slot to someone else.
- Where treatment has been paid for in advance, refunds follow the clinic’s own rules and the applicable law; the specific terms are explained during the consultation, before any payment is taken.
Article 5 — Changes to these terms, and governing law
- These terms may be revised when the law or the service changes. A revised version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
- These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Jurisdiction over any dispute follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
