Do I need to speak Korean?
No. Enquiries are answered in English, Japanese and Chinese, and interpretation during the consultation is the thing international patients mention most often in the reviews above. Tell us which language you are most comfortable in when you first write, and book for a date rather than turning up — that is what gives us time to arrange it.
Will I be quoted a different price because I am a foreign patient?
No. The price list published on this site is the list, and your nationality, your language and the messenger you wrote in change nothing on it. Published prices are before 10% VAT, and that tax is the same for everybody.
How do I book?
On a messenger. There is no phone desk here — every enquiry is answered on WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat or Instagram depending on where you are writing from. Choose the treatments you are curious about as you browse and they travel with your message, so the first reply can already carry a plan and a price.
Where exactly is the clinic, and how do I get there?
OPUS 407, 407 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul — under a minute on foot from Gangnam Station (Line 2) Exit 10, in the building beside the Samsung flagship store. The clinic occupies the third and fourth floors. Parking inside the building is limited, so the subway is genuinely the easier arrival.
When are you open?
Weekdays 10:00–20:00, with the last booking at 19:00. Weekends 10:00–17:00, last booking 15:00. We are open on Sundays, which is usually the day that matters most if you are here for a short trip.
Will I be able to go out afterwards?
Usually, yes — almost everything offered here is non-surgical and most appointments run an hour or two. That said, every procedure carries a possibility of side effects, and both the result and how long it lasts vary between individuals. Tell us your travel dates when you write and we will say plainly whether what you are asking for fits them.
